| I want to share with you a recipe from my dad's kitchen.It's a recipe for my dad's famous christmas punch.This recipe brings back so many memories,I hope it does for you to in a punch bowl add: 1/2 a bottle of vodka(26oz) a whole bottle of kirsberry wine one or two cans of manderines one box of frozen blueberries one box of frozen strawberries one can of pitted cherries one small bottle of grenadine two bottles of 7up crushed ice |

| Iwant to shareAnother recipe that I only make at christmas time, It's called marshmallow salade,it is really very good.here it is: part 1 in a bowl combine 1 cup of color marshmallows(mini's) 1 can of pineapple chunks 1 can of mandarines 1 cup of cherries(marishino) drain all cans well ------------------------------ part 2 in a bowl combine 1 small sour creme or half of 450ml 1 cup of evaporated milk 11/2 teaspoon of sugar 11/2 tablespoon of lemon juice mix well pour part 2 over part 1,mix then chill for 1 to 2 hours |

| last but not least is a recipe for my famous pumpkin cookies,I can't seem to make enough of these,my kids really like them pumpkin cookies: mix in a bowl 21/2 cups of flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoom of nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 11/2 cups brown sugar 21/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon of vanilla 11/2 cup of canned pumpkin 2 eggs 1/2 cup of shortning preheat oven to 350 drop by teaspoon full on ungreased cookie sheet bake for 10-15 minutes |
