| MEDJUGORJE SABAH was formed in response to Our Blessed Mother’s call for conversion of sinners. Our Blessed Mother's call is one of PEACE, LOVE, FAITH, CONVERSION, PRAYER, and FASTING. Our Blessed Mother' message of April 19, 1984 (Holy Thursday) "Dear children! Sympathize with me! Pray, pray, pray!" OVERVIEW Medjugorje has become well known in Bosnia-Hercegovina, and the world, because of six young people who claim to have seen visions of the Madonna. Beginning on June 24, 1981, the Blessed Mother appeared to, and later told the visionaries God sent her to our world to help us convert our hearts and lives back to Him. Our Lady continues to give messages to six young people from the village of Medjugorje: Ivan, Jakov, Marija, Mirjana, Vicka, and Ivanka. These six young people (referred to as "visionaries") have had apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary since June 24, 1981. Since the apparitions began in 1981, millions of people of all faiths, from all over the world, have visited Medjugorje and have left spiritually strengthened and renewed.
