Billy's Poem
We've
gotten together and made jewelry and such.
We've
dressed dolls and been silly but enjoyed it very much.
We've
dropped beads and scattered them across the floor.
We've
put up shelves and looked at knic knacs galore.
We
laughed until our sides hurt, but had a good time.
We've
done some really crazy things without reason or rhyme
But
you know that's the way a friendship is supposed to be.
It
takes at least two people or maybe even three.
Each
one should care about the other
And
always be there to talk to one another,
To
help each other anyway that they can.
A
friendship like this just happens, it isn't planned.
As
we get older, friendships mean much more
As
day to day, we deal with what life has in store
And
these friendships we make along the way
Help
us deal with our problems everyday.
So,
I'm glad that I've known you
And
the frienship has blossomed between us, too.
Let's
enjoy life and our friendship along the way
and
know that God gave us friendships to comfort us everyday.
