No. 40 Rutledge - A beautiful rendering of this home on Rutledge Hill as it looked in the early 1900's. This house has been restored and stands today in almost original condition. The home belonged to William Culbert who was a boiler maker for Captain Tom Ryman's steamboat line. Ryman lived just around the corner from this house on Market Street. This drawing and history provided by Nashville artist, Warren Kirbo. Warren's webpage can be found at : www.panamaliving.com/inkdrawings.html
