Gerecht's Models

This site is a supplement to my "normal" site.  Rather than have a complete overview of my photography, this site is devoted to showing many photos of a small number of my models.  Some of these will be older photos and some will be newer photos. I plan to change them as frequently as practical.  The best way to find out what's new is to bookmark this page and check back occassionally.

This site is laid out differently than my Olywa site.  This one has no text pages, just photos.  Therefore, just click on one of the photo links to the left and have fun.  However, be warned, the photos on this site are much larger than my "regular" site, averaging more than 100K per photo.  If you're paying by the minute, this could get expensive, especially if you're on a slow modem.  It's not really too bad at 56.6, but it could be grim at 28.8.  In any case, there are pretty large "thumbnails" on each photo page, so you might just want to check those out.  If the photos intrigue you, it might be worth checking out the individual pages.

There are a number of differences between my two sites.  This site is hosted by Geocities and has 15 megs of space available.  Geocities monitors their sites for conformity to their ground rules (nudity, obscenity, etc.).  Therefore, this is a squeaky clean site.  My Olywa site has 5 megs available (1/3 the space) but has no content restrictions that affect me.

Therefore, this site is devoted to much larger photos.  If you have a slow connection, or don't like to see large photos, this is not the place for you.  Please feel free to visit my original site.  Here, my limits, personal not dictated by anyone, are to keep the file sizes under 150k.  Not large by my print standards, but large by web standards.  Some of the b/w images are a svelte 50+K but some range to 150k.  Please be aware of this before you get mad at me.  I have decided, however, to have some "medium" sized images, which are 400 pixels, these are very small (about 15k), but they don't give the detail I want to see in my images.
