Drug Free.....
People have tried for thousands of years to predict the future. We all want to make intelligent choices regarding financial management, plans for family, education, etc. All of these issues can cause stress. Stress is simply the wear and tear of life on the human organism. It can be mental or physical. It can come in the form of deadlines, noise, anxiety over the future, traffic jams, or a multitude of other factors. It comes in many shapes and sizes. What is important to realize is that what is stressful for one may not be stressful at all for another. It is a very individualistic thing.
Another area of concern when dealing with stress, is peer pressure. It is part of human nature to be loved and appreciated. When we perceive that this is not the case, it can cause a great deal of stress, particularly among young people. This is where core
values are extremely important. To stand for the right when in the minority is a
trait that is sorely needed today amidst a society of shifting morals and actual
moral decline.
