U-Pick Flower Garden
I have started a cut flower and vegetable farm. I grow everything organically. In the flower garden there are a few varieties to choose from, such as zinnias, snapdragons, gloriosa daisies, sunflowers, salvia, calendula, cleome, and aster's. You can pick a coffe can full for $10.00 or a 5 gal. bucket full, for $20.00. U-Pick hours are Tuesday thru Saturday, 10am-6pm. I am also growing a variety of vegetables and a few herbs. I will be selling roma tomatoes, looseleaf lettuce, zuccihini, yellow squash, sweet corn, beets, green onions, dill, jalepeno peppers, sweet bell peppers, and eggplant. Vegetables won't be u-pick, they will already be picked, washed and ready to go. You can stop by on your way home from work and pick a bouquet for your table and get your fresh produce for dinner. Or pack up the kids and have them help you pick your bouquet and watch for the butterflies. They frequent quit often in the flower garden. You can also sign up for our "Flowers and Dinner" Program. Once a week , or every other week, we will deliver a bucket of flowers and a basket of veggies to your door. The cost is $35.00 a week. You can also pick up at the farm, ready to go, for $25.00.
