Jay has left behind children, grandchildren, siblings and people whose lives he has touched and who will always love and miss him.

| Jay grew up in S.E. Washington, D.C., went to Anacostia High School, attended Iowa University on a football scholarship, joined the Navy, and served aboard the carrier Coral Sea. He was a sucessful business man in the health field. Jay loved his country and he loved flying. But, more than anything he loved his family. Jay has left behind children, grandchildren, siblings and people whose lives he has touched and who will always love and miss him. |
