This library also creates a Pop-Up Window Object. The Pop-Up Window Object provides you with
full control over settings and properties for Pop-Up Window that are not
mandatory. That is, parameters not supplied diminish in a style that cascades elegantly.
As well, you can can instantiate a Pop-Up Window Object once then call it multiple times in
your page with minimal amounts of code.
