| Rules/Guidelines for Posting Photos, Ads, Announcements, etc to the White Collie Site .... Very few rules, everyone is invited to submit almost anything related to white collies. A few exceptions being materials that are in violation of copyright law, materials that many might find obscene or objectionable, writings that denegrate another collie owner or breeder, etc. The only circumstances that would ever result in an individual being barred from posting to this site would be a conviction or a pending case against one for animal cruelty (an accused person's right to use this site would be reinstated pursuant to an acquittal) OR if indisputable evidence exists that a person is involved in the wholesale raising, brokering, selling, or buying of dogs or puppies to pet shops. Everyone else is welcomed to display materials. ALL white collie pictures are equally welcome here, be they show champions, working collies, pet collies, rescue collies, tiny puppies, senior collies, smooth or rough white collies! There is no charge for submitting photos, ads, or other materials. Anything posted will remain the property of the person posting it, and may be removed or changed by request at anytime. Copyright law applies to all photos and writings herein. These are the legal property of the persons who submitted them. I will accept photos of white collies sent by friends, trainers, handlers, rescuers and other person's having relationships to said collie's owner, but these may be removed at the request of the dog's owner (who has the final say as to the posting of photos or information about their own dog.) It is also policy to include name of present owner with each collie's photo on this site, regardless of who submitted or owns the photograph. An exception would be a photo submitted by a person who owned the dog at the time photograph was taken. |
It is my intention to showcase a collie belonging to everyone who has pictures in our Photo Gallery. If I have accidentally skipped over your collie, please drop me a line and I will be sure that your dog has his or her turn as "cover collie!" There are so many pages of gorgeous white collies now that I tend to lose track. |
