The Inner World Tarot is a unique and inspired attempt to rework traditional Tarot imagery. Created from found images, original drawings, computer graphics and contributions from virtual and r/t friends around the world, the Inner World Tarot is a rather personal vision which, while grounding itself solidly in the present, still manages to retain the symbolism and allure of a traditional 78-card Kabbalistic tarot deck. I'm kinda proud of it. Though I've never had much time to maintain the site.

Although originally intended to be a simple reworking of the imagery of the Rider-Waite/B.O.T.A decks, with the addition of the more "user-friendly" features of the Thoth deck, many of the images were modernised or changed altogether along the way.

I am working on an illustrated manual detailing the symbolism and meanings of each card and giving instructions for useful spreads. The manual will also be free to download, but in the meantime, I am putting the manual online as I write it and am quite happy to answer any questions via e-mail.

Well... I enjoyed CREATING the deck. But finding a publisher or looking after publishing and distribution myself started to get too time-consuming. And anyway, this stuff should be free.

The files are in .bmp format, as this (remarkably) is still the most accessible graphic format.

You WILL need something with which to print the cards (not a big deal, my old Epson did quite well) and you will need some sort of stiff paper or cardboard for the cards themselves (don't forget that they will get shuffled endless times). And the backing must obviously be the same for all 78 cards or all the randomness will go out of the reading process. And THAT would be cheating :o)
