The Indiana British Car Union was formed in 1989
to provide British Car enthusiasts with annual events that facilitate
and promote the mixing of various British Marques within Indiana and
around the Midwest.
The Union is administered by a group of volunteers drawn from
Indiana British Car and Motorcycle Clubs, and from British Car
owners and enthusiasts across Indiana. As such, there are no
individual "members", dues, or even a newletter - just people who like
to run around in their LBC's - and believe that everyone else does also.
Events organized and hosted by the ICBU annually include Indy British
Motor Days (IBMD) rally and show in September, and often a longer rally
in mid summer. British car owners throughout North America are
encouraged to bring their cars and participate in the
events.

Indy British Motor Days set for 2009!
For 2009, the IBMD will again be held on our traditional weekend of
September 18-20. Due to the highly positive response to the
show venue in 2008, we will be returning to the American Legion
Post in Carmel. We are also delighted to announce that the IBMD will
be held in conjunction with the Jaguar Association of Greater Indiana
Concours (for more information on the Jag Association, see their web
site below). After holding their Concours on Saturday, Jaguar will be
the featured Marque for the IMBD show on Sunday. The IBMD and the
Jaguar Association will hold a joint awards banquet on Saturday night at
the Brickyard Crossing Inn next to the Indy 500 track. We will again
have tech sessions, hospitality room, and a rally on Saturday.
Accomodations for overnight participants will be at the Wingate Hotel at
I-465 and US-36 (about 4 miles from the Indy 500). Further information
and registration form is available by clicking link above.
