| I met Darius before even pop stars came on TV. Me and my friend Ashleigh went into town and I was walking along looking in my bag for something and I bumped into him,he tried to appologise but of course me being me and Ashleigh being Ashleigh we started shouting all kinds of abuse at him. I was moaning about it all day after that. Now I wish I'd been a bit nicer to him. A few weeks ago we sent a letter to his house and his dad replied, we were kind of dissapointed that Darius didn't reply himself but we figured that he is quite busy so we're still happy and contented! |

| I was lucky enough to get tickets for The Princes Trust concert which included tickets for the after show party. It was not definate that any/all of the Idols would attend, but thankfully they all did and I got to meet Darius. At first I though they had stood him on a box so everyone could see him, but NO he is just sooooo tall and gorgeous. He was signing autographs and having photos and I held out a picture that I had bought from a man outside the London Arena, and Darius asked where I got it from as he had not seen it before.....I was so overcome that I said, "I don't know" then waffled about a man outside......it didn't frighten him too much and he signed it To Sue 'Smile" (not sure why as I looked like a cheshire cat!!!!) then drew a heart Darius (this has pride of place on my desk at work along with the photo of the two of us together). My two friends just wanted to watch as I had gone on about Darius so much, but they both agreed he was charming, tall, handsome and just the best. The Pop Idols left after about an hour, and Darius was the only one to say "Sorry we can't stay longer". It will be nite to remember for a very long time. |

| I met Darius when he came down to Skegness to sing at the Blue Peter Roadshow. He stayed in the hotel i was working in and we had a real good time looking after him, of course me and my friends were the first people there in the morning to get pictures with him and get autographs from him. I got a napkin that he had used that night signed and he drew a heart on it and put To Helen Lots of love Darius. We also had our picture taken with the band he was playing with. The band were also really sexy, and most of the staff fell in love wit them. The next day at the Blue Peter roadshow we got right to the front of the crowd, and we were screamin our hearts off for him cuz we all totally adored him. The band kept tellin me that i was really pretty, and one of them said they'd write a song about me, although i very much doubt that they will i felt really special when they said that to me. I will remember my experience with darius for a very long time. |
