Dates for our low-cost spay/neuter clinics are as follows:
Friday June 5 at 8 a.m.
Monday June 15 at 8 a.m.
Saturday June 27 at noon
To pre-register for the clinics, call us at 222-7537. Our clinics fill up fast, so don't put off pre-registration!
If you've been concerned about the stray kitty in your neighborhood who's been LOUDLY howling or miaowing every mating period, we might be able to help you stop those behaviors with a trip to one of our clinics. If you'd like to talk to us about helping you get Neighborhood Kitty trapped and neutered and returned, give us a call. We'd be thrilled to lend a hand!
Have you seen one of our available adoptables in the paper or online and want to see him or her in the flesh? We have some of our adoptable pets at the Tractor Supply in LaGrange at various times throughout the week. Chances are good you can walk in there any time and see one them by the entrance door. And don't forget Petsmart. Every Friday evening and Saturday afternoon/evening, we're at the Westport Road store for adoption events. Come out and see us. We might have your new best friend with us one day. Wouldn't you hate to miss meeting him or her?
And speaking of Neighborhood Kitty (which we were a moment ago!), did you know that Oldham County has an enormous population of stray and feral cats? We have a limited TNR (Trap Neuter Return) program and we're looking to expand it. If working with the county's cat colonies interests you, drop us an email or give us a call. We'd love to have you volunteer with us. It doesn't matter if you've never done it before. We'll supply the training and equipment.
