Steve Smith is currently touring and playing with classic rock band, Hindsite; while also promoting music from his new CD around Yellowknife. Hindsite will back up Steve with his original music from the CD at FOTR this summer.

· Past President and current board member of RAANT, Recording Arts Association of NT, 2003-06
· Awarded NWT Arts Council Grant for demo recordings, Spiritwalker Productions, 2005
· Completed first solo CD of original material, Beaches to Barrens, 2006
· Have served as an industry youth advocate for local upcoming bands and musicians
· Event Organizer for various music fundraisers, benefits, and concerts
