Link #1 is my favorite link for it contains my 7000+ person database. It can be searched by full names and you can even print out ancestral and descendants' trees. The SEARCH button doesn't work so click where it says you can search the data manually

I recently added the "Mac Donald/Gillis Family story. This is a 300+page narrative of my family history. I have been writing this for 30 years and it contains most of my research findings. You might want to scroll through the table of contents to find the sections you want to read and then scroll to them. To enlarge the pictures just click on them.You can also enlarge the font by going to your browser tool bar.

The Family Tree Maker site will provide you with some ancestral trees, The Mac Donald Forum is a must for all Mac Donald rooters.

Click on the "Timeline" link and make a timeline for one of your ancestors.You can even add particular events that have persoanl meaning for the individual.
