Justin Boccitto [Co-Founder & Executive Producer] is a graduate of Broadway's Circle in the Square Theatre School. He has gone on to appear Off-Broadway with the Willow Cabin Theatre Company and at The Metropolitan Opera in Carmen and Otello. Other performance credits include: The New York Theatre Ballet, Papermill Playhouse, Queens Theatre in the Park, Downtown Cabaret Theatre, The Orlando Philharmonic, Carousel Dinner Theatre, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, The Little Orchestra Society and at the United Nations as part of their UniFest 2003. Justin has worked with various performers, choreographers, and directors including: Michael Blevins, Nicole Fosse, Alan Cumming, Chet Walker, Richard Sabellico, Robert Giraldi, Davis Gaines, Aileen Quinn, Robert Johanson, Bettye Morrow, Andrew Lippa, Edward Berkeley, Theodore Mann, and Tony-Award winners Ann Reinking and George S. Irving.
As a theatre educator Mr. Boccitto has instructed master classes in acting and/or dance for The Juilliard School, Circle in the Square Theatre School, The Vermont Alliance for Arts Education, Dance Cavise, Dutchess Community College, Harambee Dance Company, Center Stage Dance Studio, The Living Museum Company and the Centenary Young Performers Workshop where he also taught stage combat and playwriting. He currently teaches theatre dance through Wingspan Arts and also co-founded The Group Theatre Too's Performers Playground Afterschool Program at PS 75, an Elementary School on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. For the past three years Justin has instructed tap and theatre dance in Queens at Astoria Dance Centre. He also assists Michael Blevins at Broadway Dance Center in Manhattan teaching theatre dance and tap along with assisting Blevins in the training of Bob Fosse and Gwen Verdon's grandson, Sean Fosse-Greiner. Mr. Boccitto currently conducts workshops and private lessons in Manhattan and througout the country. Students have included Broadway performers David Rhee (Thoroughly Modern Millie), Trisha Jeffrey (Little Shop of Horrors, All Shook Up), Robert Royston (Swing) and Jon Peterson (Cabaret). As a director/choreographer Mr. Boccitto has worked for such companies as: Circle in the Square, The White Plains Performing Arts Center, Helen Hayes Theatre Company, Dutchess Community College, Clarkstown Summer Theatre Festival, Centenary Stage Company, The Pomfret School, County College of Morris and the Astoria Performing Arts Center. Justin also acted as choreographer/co-director on the New York premiere of George M. Cohan: In His Own Words now published through Samuel French, Inc. Other choreography credits include: Crazy For You, George M!, Kiss Me Kate, Annie Get Your Gun, Seussical, The MSG Christmas Carol, Children of Eden, and Sweet Charity. Justin is a founding member of Generation Tap, who has appeared Off-Broadway in the NYC Tap Festival and the 2006 Tap Extravaganza. The company also appeared in Dancer Magazine, December 2005. Justin is currently represented by John Shea at Frontier Booking International Agency.
