military boarding school and took up the costume of his father's old
partner.

Charlie was a tough street-kid who helped Wildcat who once helped
Wildcat in a fight. Wildcat took Charlie under his wing and began to
train him to be a part of the next generation of heroes.

Chinatown Kid (Daniel 'Stuff' Leong)
Once Stuff, the teenage sidekick of Vigilante, Chan has adopted
the costume of his mentor to become The Chinatown Kid. Though a
deadly shot, he prefers to use his martial arts skills to dispense
justice.

Crimson (George Papp)
The mysterious leader of the Seven Soldiers, the Crimson is a
knowledgeable and highly skilled fighter. He serves as a mentor to
Golden Arrow.
Golden Arrow (Robby Parsons)
The grandson of the original, Golden Arrow is a master archer. He
serves as a sidekick to the Crimson.
Shining Knight (Justin Arthur)
Sir Justin was a Knight of the Round Table in fabled Camelot. He
was given enchanted armor, sword, and steed Winged Victory by the
sorcerer Merlin. After battling an ogre, he was trapped in ice until
the 20th century.

Redstripe (Arthur Pemberton, Jr.)
Redstripe is the great-nephew of the original Star-Spangled Kid.
His father was the leader of the criminal Strike Force, who used the
Pemberton fortune to bankroll his operations. He now hopes to atone
for his father's misdeeds.
