Globetrekker Hostel Brisbane

Hostel

Globetrekkers is Brisbane's smallest Backpackers Hostel (33 beds) in a 100 year old house, on a quiet leafy street. It is 100m away from cliffs above the Brisbane River. From the cliffs there are beautiful views of the Story Bridge and the City Center, especially at night. Relax on our spacious verandas, walk, run or cycle on the new floating river walkway or just take a refreshing dip in our swimming pool. Our hostel is friendly and conveniently situated close to the heart of all major activities.

"It's small and friendly and it made me feel at home. It's well situated in a central location, close to the city and all cafes and bars of the trendy suburbs Fortitude Valley and New Farm."
Wanda from Netherland

"I intended to stay for 3 or 4 nights but the family atmosphere and the very nice people caught me and I ended up with 4 weeks. It was a great time."
Marco from Germany

"Rosanne and Graziano, the owners of the place, are such warm people. They do little thoughtful things, make you feel they really care about you. "
Tanja from Canada

"It's great to be able to stay in my van but have access to all the hostel facilities for a fair price and be part of a very sociable environment"
Jo from England

"The hostel has great communal areas. You can chill out on the beautiful veranda, jump in the shady swimming pool or just enjoy a sunbathe in the backyard."
Isabel from Germany

"It's like a home away from home. Really nice and cosy and the staff are so friendly and beautiful people."
Katrina from Ireland

"It's bloody beautiful! So relaxing and friendly. Make sure you book before you arrive."
Beth from England
