A Great British Website !

Welcome to my Metal Detecting Site.

My wife Angie and I live in Essex England
Most weekends we are out together Metal Detecting.
We are members of the Weekend Wanderers metal detecting club
and the Central Searchers metal detecting Club with F.I.D cards.
and full insurance cover, we also hold the Port of London metal detecting digging license.
Angela and I have been involved in metal detecting for a good many years now.
We find it an absorbing and fascinating hobby. There's something about finding things which have
been lost for centuries, being the first to hold and touch the artifacts, still brings
big smiles to our faces. It may only be a button or a Musket ball,
but it enables us to acquire hands-on experience of history.

The finds we make today may help out our kids' homework tomorrow.
I receive a lot of e-mails from kids hoping
I can help them with their homework (Big Smile)

Please enjoy our metal detecting pages. You may not see museum pieces
on our site, but you will see thing that museums haven't the room for.

Angela and I provide a free metal detecting search and recovery service.
Give us a rough idea of where you lost your valuables
and we will try to recover them for you.
If you're a farmer and you would like us to search your land
with our metal detectors, then just e-mail me.
We owe them a debt of gratitude.
.
.

I would like to thank all the farmers who give us permission to hunt.
Without them the past would be lost forever.

Farmers please CLICK here

Please send me a note if you see something that is wrong.

We hope you enjoy our little site

I know it's a pain signing a log Book,
but it really does help with the development of our little site.
