| 2-28-09 I don't want to live forever. I need deadlines. These wrinkles have something to teach me that I couldn't learn overnight. and when my mind goes it's gone I want to burn hard, the messier for the effort. Why wipe my mouth when I'm still eating? 2-3-09 We had a great practice with Raenie on Sunday. She is so cute and fun to play with. Thank god for the Ovulators. They are such a neat band, and I'm glad to be a part of it. After 6 years, the project has a life of it's own, and we are all dragged along on the glittery journey. Come enjoy that unique Ovulators vibe on Friday at Luckey's with H is for Hellgate and The Dead Americans! Life goes on. What a stunning day here in Igene. When Louis wakes up, I'll throw him in the bike trailer and ride downtown. Got to blow some serious stink off! 2-1-09 O.K, someone who lives in Peru cares about this blog, so I can't abandon it! It's just that I've been totally burnt out lately. It seems like I have no time or energy for myself. We've been so broke, so I asked the universe for work, and now I have 4 jobs! I'm tired, but happy to be able to make money and be useful. . We had such fun last weekend at the WOW hall! It's very affirming to have The Ovulators come out of a slump rocking. Thanks for all of you who came and supported us! It was good times. Thang god for The Ovulators! 1-29-09 I almost quitted you, my blog. I really thought that I'd never be back. I'm sick of you, but I'm not ready to give you up. Maybe if I could figure out how to change your picture, we could work things out! No, I'm not that type of girl. It's not you, it's me. I hardly check my e-mail, and I don't own a cell phone! It was a crazy idea from the git go. Nobody cares. |
