Starting at Granite, Colorado turn left here at Max's Store Gas Station.
Be sure to stop and say Hi to Max and Donna, get a great breakfast
or a good cup of coffee to go. Max can tell you if the mine is open,
its a slow 8 - 9 mile drive up there. If its closed I will tell you another
Option to try next week its with in about 3-4 miles of Granite.
