Hello! I play the Amyrlin Seat on the Towers and wanted to welcome you. IRL, my name is Carrie. Just a little background info: This site takes place 104 years after Tarmon Gaidon. The forces of light were victorious but during Tarmon Gaidon a force of Dreadlords attacked both the White and Black Towers, destroying both of them. Al'Har Aman means in the Old Tongue, The Hand of the Dragon. The Dragon Reborn, Rand al'Thor is the founder of the city. He wanted to build a city where rulers could meet without giving any one Nation an advantage. It seemed the best to rebuild the White and Black Towers in this location. The Towers were built 50 years ago with the help of the Ogier. The City lies just south of Dragonmount. There has been a political breaking of the world leaving many lands without rulers.

The Amyrlin Seat of the Aes Sedai and the M'Hael of the Asha'man rule the city jointly.

The Aes Sedai on this community are not bound by the Three Oaths. The Aes Sedai at the timeof Tarmon Gai'don found that the Oath Rod cut their lives approximately in half.

We will need a biography for you also. The biography should entail your character's name, age, looks, personality and the biography itself. I'd also like to know if you have any rp experience and if you'd like to start out as an Aes Sedai, Asha'man, Warder or another character. If you're stuck for ideas, you can always email me or you can also go to http://www.geocities.com/towersofalharaman/biographies.html for some ideas.

We are also directly affiliated with several other groups. Like "Servants of All" this is where many of the Ajah Halls and Aes Sedai/Warder rooms are located. The "Gaurdians of the Tower" is where the Asha'man chambers are. We also have "Into the World" which is for outside adventures. If you'd like to play a character there please feel free to let me know but we will still need a biography there too. Also, if you plan on having your character be a Darkfriend, be sure to let us know. There is a site which is for only Darkfriends.
