Does your child require Medication/Medical Procedures at School?
*****Effective November 1, 2007 FC school nurses will no longer be able to provide students with any of the over the counter medications they have supplied in the past (hydrocortisone, calamine lotion, etc).  If your child requires any type of treatment with an over the counter medication, this needs to be done prior to coming to school.  Students in grades 6-12 may self administer over the counter products with written parent permission.
Students in grades PK-5 are still required to have written physician authorization for ALL medication needed during school hours.
