Hello and Welcome to Fair Oaks Toastmasters!Fair Oaks Toastmasters is club #7528, in District4, Area G1. We meet at a convenient time, outside your busy week, at a convenient, comfortable location.
Toastmasters is a great way to improve your communication and leadership skills.We are a volunteer organization devoted to developing our speaking, thinking and listening skills, resulting in more effective interpersonal communications at work, at home and in our community. Most of us joined because we were (and are!) afraid of public speaking, and want to improve this essential skill. Our meetings feature an positive, supportive environment in which our members practice our communication skills. Guests are always welcome! Read about our meetings and please do drop in.

LATEST NEWS4/27/2008 - District 4 Spring 2008 Conference including Table Topics and International Speech Contests to be held during May 16-17 2008 at Millbrae, CAThe conference includes valuable educational sessions also apart from the contests. For more information about the conference or to register, check out the conference flier 4/5/2008 - Spring 2008 Division-G Contest to be held on Friday April 18th 2008 HP Communicators Toastmasters club will be hosting Spring 2008 Division G Contest. The contest has two parts. There will be a Table Topics Contest followed by International Speech Contest. For more information about the contest or to register, check out the contest brochure Larry Coulter, currently serving as the President of our club will be contesting in International Speech contest representing Area G1. 7/22 - Fall Club Contest to be held on Sun August 12th. Fair Oaks Toastmasters will be holding its Fall Club Contest at our usual location and time, 11:30am to 1:00pm at the Fair Oaks Apartments. This contest is a speech evaluation and a humorous speech contest. All members are welcome to enter the contest, and are encouraged to support their fellow club members as the compete to represent the club at the Area G1 contest. Guests are also most welcome. 7/18 - Fair Oaks is Presidents Distinguished for 3rd year running! Fair Oaks Toastmasters has received the President's Distinguished Award for the 3rd year in a row. Congratulations to all members for this excellent achievement! President's Distinguished is the highest award any Toastmasters club can attain, and it speaks to the strength of our club that we have been able to achieve it for the third consecutive year. A big thanks to the club officers for keeping us on track. Great job everyone! 6/3 - Fair Oaks Toastmasters Receives Club of the Year Award for Area G5 Fair Oaks Toastmasters was honored with the Club of the Year Award for Area G5. Congratulations to all of our members who have made this club the success that is. Special thanks to our President Murali Mohanraj who has been a great contributor at the Area level, and also to the Area Governor Vishnu Pendyala who has encouraged us and all the other Area G5 clubs to succeed!
