| Fairfield Vol. Rescue Squad proudly protects 12,300 people living in an area approx. 150 square miles. We operate out of 1 main station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a VOLUNTEER STATUS. Our dispatch method is dialing 911. Our services include Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Search and Rescue, and Extrication. We belong to Rrockbrige Emergency Rescue Group(RERG) and the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads(VAVRS) |
