Welcome to the very first(as far as I can tell) POKETHULHU site! Pokethulhu is a game where you take the part of a 'cuddly cultist,' summoning or capturing evil demonic beings known as Pokethulhu (or Thulhu for short) and forcing them to fight each other- just like on the show!
Okay, there is no show...
But pretend there is. Really, POKETHULHU is based on the tales of H.P. Lovecraft(specifically the 'Cthulhu Mythos') and... of course... POKEMON!
This is a comedy game, so no need to take it seriously. It is not aimed at children, so don't pick it up thinking it's Pokemon.
The page was begun on 6-20-2000.
But feel free to write to me and donate any thulhu, adventures, rules, stories, drawings, or whatever you want!

UPDATES:
9-23-2002: Where DOES the time go? Well, I would like to let you know that this page is not 'forgotten.' The problem is that I am still in college(attempting an Egyptology degree!) and as such have not had a lot of time for everything I want to do as personal projects. Right now spare time is put more into my other pages(Lord of the Rings, etc) as LotR for example is something I am working on a lot, and I haven't played Pokethulhu for over a year. Anyway, I would like to add rules for rituals/summoning Pokethulhu when I get a chance, as well as an outline for an uncompleted adventure(fill in the details).
7-12-2002: Um... it's been almost a full year since the last update! Sorry about that, but I haven't done anything with Pokethulhu in a while. However, I have some plans, so stay tuned...
6-25-2001: The first adventure is now up! I need to fix
some of the Thulhu with new information I've found soon,
when I get around to it. New Thulhu as well as updates
on old ones, look for some neat stuff coming up...
6-21-2001: I've added a couple more Thulhu to the pre-made
pokethulhu section, as well as added color pictures of
many of the thulhu. I will be creating more thulhu as
time passes, as well as adding some pre-made adventures,
some original and some based around the adventure seeds
in the rulebook.
6-20-2001: The site is now up! Adventures, more pictures, and
more Pokethulhu are coming soon.
