search quickly for emails based on email features: date, subject, addressee, key word;

organize multiple users access to emails;

move emails between PCs.

You can delete emails from a mailer folder as soon as you transferred an email to a repository. If necessary, you will be able to find it in a repository and open it with a corresponding mailer (Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook).

Repository can be located on local or network disc. It may contain emails from different mailers.  A repository may be shared through a work group. 

You may keep Email Repository as long as usual file. It may be transferred to other PC and be used there.
