Eastern Michigan University
Curling Club

The Curling Club at Eastern Michigan University is a group the participates in the great sport of Curling. The club is open to all students and faculty at Eastern Michigan University, as well as any friends or family from other universities. We are open to anyone who wishes to learn the sport.

The EMU Curling Club is the first college level curling club to be formed in the State of Michigan, and has been instrumental in helping other programs in the area get started. We have been invited to several different tournaments, including a regional tournament in Bowling Green, and the National Tournament in Minnesota. EMU Curling is truly the pioneer for college curling in the State of Michigan!

Meetings

The EMU Curling Club meets every Sunday at the Detroit Curling Club in Ferndale, Michigan. Curling sessions begin at 5:30pm. Please see the general information page for more details.

Additional, the club meets every other Tuesday at 8:00pm in room 402 Sherzer (the observatory) at Eastern Michigan University. These will be business meetings, to take care of any lose ends, plan trips, welcome new members, and to participate in other activities (such as movie night).
