    ColorForth to HTML Converter

    Slightly corrected version - it opens file in binary mode to handle 1A characters - blocks are binary files. Input file name is passed as first parameter, it does not read from stdin as the original version did. Output is stdout.

    Usage: cf2html.exe filename
