This page was created to enable friends and relatives to keep in contact with the Pieniazek family raised by Tadeusz and Julia Pieniazek in Oldham, UK.
Tadek and Julia were married October 31st 1953, having arrived (indirectly) from Poland in 1947. Its a long story, which we will one day post on this site.

Jan Pieniazek. Born 1955.
Jan lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Perth, Australia, with his wife Lillian, their daughter Alex (18) and stepson Jason.
Jan works for Geoservices.
Edward Pieniazek. Born 1960.
Ed lives in Wokingham, UK with his wife Melanie and their two children, Anastazia (12) and Konrad (9).
He works for Airclaims.
Richard Pieniazek. Born 1965.
Richard lived in Royton, near Oldham U.K. with his wife Colette and their two children, Constance (12) and Mollie (8) until they emigrated to Perth, Australia in April 2004 joining his brother Jan 'down under'.
Richard works in telecomms under contract at Curtin University in Perth.
The brothers last met up in Paris early in 2001 just before Jan moved back to Australia (see photo).
We hope to meet up again in 2006...
Not forgetting 'Mrs P.', (aka our Mum) who lives in Oldham. "Mrs.P" is retired, although until recently she looked after her own mum (Anna Sobania, or 'Babcia'). Babcia passed away 4th January 2006.
The famous 'Mr. P.' (Tadek or Ted), a former soldier in the AK (Polish Resistance) passed away in Jan. 1988. Top Bloke.

We would be pleased to hear from old school friends and mates, any relatives, and other Pieniazeks around the world, and especially from Brodnik and Gromek, of whom nothing has been heard of for over 30 years.
For reference, Jan is the ageing, unathletic looking one, Ed got the looks (or was it the spots and receding hairline) and Rick is the bald, tired and hungry looking one.
We still plan to load photographs soon, once we learn to master web technology. Its taking a while.
Development of the website will be accelerated once anyone picks up the baton...
