There will be a DMRAA board meeting the 4^th of August at 7:00PM at Dahl’s, 33^rd & Hubbell..

It seems that I forgot to put the date in my note about the State Fair Parade. It is August 6th. Still need lots of help. If you can make it, let me know. Some positions start around 4:30 PM and are done around 8:00 PM. Some positions start around 6:00 PM and are done later than 8:00 PM. Can't give a specific time, as it depends on when the Parade ends. I will get more information out as it becomes available.

He is in need of operators.

 The event is on July 27. It usually starts at 7:00 AM and should be over by noon.

Polk County ARES EC

Since there isn't a way to get a free web site, I am putting things on a Polk County ARES Spaces site.
The url is:

I am going to have files on there that you can download, print, or just read.
I am also going to put the Polk County ARES Basic Emergency Communications test on the site soon, so it can be printed out.
If you have any suggestions, or if there is anything you would like to see put on the site, let me know.
This will save sending out several e-mail for events, and problems with opening attachments,
as I can put the information on the site and you can print out what you need.
