Traditional Chinese Kung fu dates back centuries but this particular school dates back only sixteen years. Yet the art of Wudan goes way back to the time of the birth of Kung fu. The head of our prestigious organization is Grand Master Cheng Po Kong, who, studied in the Shaolin Temple of China. His skills surpass those of many skillful warriors of the Caribbean and those of the world. An apothecary by profession skills taught to him by his father Master Kong enjoys nothing more than a good match and traditional Chinese herbal tea. But that is not all there is to this extraordinary man, for beneath his rather simple appearance lays the mind and soul of a warrior.
Our School of Wudan teaches a simple principle “ the way is in training”. We emphasize the art of perfect training. To every thing there is a wrong and a right and the right way to train is to train the right way. In Plain English Practice makes Perfect. Training is everything to a Wudan Warrior we have developed the art of integrating life with martial arts and martial arts with life. An example would be schoolwork; if a child does not study then this child doesn’t get good grades. Yet if that child applies himself or herself he or she will succeed. The same principle is taught in Wudan, to finish the point if the same focus and effort required for training in Wudan is used in school then the child ultimately would become a better student.
