Reverend Lyn Seiser is the Pastor of Douglas United Methodist church. She also pastors Burr United Methodist Church and serves on the Board of Ordained Ministry as the Candidacy Registrar. Pastor Lyn has been Ordained since 1994 and has served us since July of 2004. Lyn is married to Reverend  Darin Bentzinger, the pastor of the Panama Presbyterian Church (USA). They reside in Panama, Nebraska, with their three children who all attend the Norris School system. Lyn grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, graduated from North Central College in Naperville, IL. She received her first Master of Science Degree in Counseling Higher Education. with an emphasis in deafness, from Illinois State University and her second Master of Divinity Degree from Iliff School of Theology in Denver, Colorado. Besides preaching and conducting worship, Pastor Lyn has brought the Food Bank and Second Harvest to the Douglas and Burr communities. For fun, Pastor Lyn enjoys sewing, knitting, reading, and being social, especially when watching her kids in their many sporting activities.
