Deep relaxation technique
for your body

Lay in bed flat on your back
Visualize your toes, tighten only your toes hold for a count of 5 and relax
Move to the arches of your feet visualized tighten for 5 then relax
Work slowly up your body when you get to your chest, start with fingers then work up to shoulders then neck face and scalp
IMPORTANT
If at any stage your mind wanders you MUST start again from the toes.
