The Donations Database is a program for tracking donations made to your organization. It was originally created to track donations to a church, but can be applied to any organization which receives funds.
The database makes it easy to enter each donation into the database. Once donations have been entered, you will be able to generate reports to summarize your donations and send individualized statements to donors.
Use it with Microsoft Word Mail Merge!
Because the Donations Database is a Microsoft Access database, it can easily be used as a data source for a Microsoft Word Mail Merge.

You can download the Donations Database for free and try it out. The only limitation is that you can only enter 10 donations into the database. If you like the database, you will need to register and pay $30. There are instructions in the database. Registering will remove the 10 donations limit.

The Donations Database was developed in Microsoft Access. However, you do not need to have Microsoft Access in order to use it. To download a free copy, simply choose the version of Microsoft Access below (or "I don’t have Microsoft Access" if you don’t have the program) and download the appropriate .zip file to your computer. If you are not sure which version of Microsoft Access you own, open the Microsoft Access program and click on Help --> About.
Unzip the file, follow the instructions in the readme.txt file, and you are on your way to tracking donations quickly and efficiently.
