A: Bo on both counts, nudity doesn't equal sex and nudists are not all hippies, that's just a common stereotype. Nudists can be your neighbor, the guy that hangs out at the ballpark everyday or just anyone.
Q: What if I am not in the best of shape?
A: That doesn't matter, most nudists one sees are not people of "fitness." The idea of naturism is to promote a positive body image.
Q: But what about the religious side of this equation?
A: Christian Naturists believe that God wants us to reject shame of our body image. Now I NOT saying that people shouldn't wear clothes, just that there is a time and place for nudity and one of those can be a nudist resort with friendly people.
