My master's studies in Theoretical Physics and doctoral studies in Physics and Mathematics (Application of mathematical modeling, mathematical methods and computer facilities in scientific research) were completed at the <A HREF="http://www.bashedu.ru/firstbgu_e.htm" target="_New">Bashkir State University</A> (Ufa, Russia) in 1998. I was awarded by the <A HREF="http://www.ehr.nsf.gov/dge/programs/nato/2000natosci.asp" target="_New">NSF-NATO Postdoctoral Fellowship</A> in 2000 and spent a year as a Visiting Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, <A HREF="http://www.bu.edu" target="_New"> Boston University</A>. My research interests are in the fields of Theoretical and Computational Fluid Dynamics, Biomechanics, Acoustics, Dynamics of Bubbles and Drops, Multiphase and Non-Newtonian Flows, and Asymptotic Methods. </P> <P> This site contains the detailed information on my <A HREF="research.html" target="main">research interests</A>, <A HREF="projects.html" target="main">research projects</A>, <A HREF="results.html" target="main">current</A> and <A HREF="done.html" target="main">past research</A>, <A HREF="teaching.html" target="main"> teaching</A> and other <A HREF="activities.html" target="main">activities</A>.
