Skin Changes 9. Information about Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) Most of these concerns may make you uncomfortable, but usually they do not threaten your health or the health of your developing baby. Concerns about STDs should be addressed immediately with your health care provider. If any concerns are severe or persist despite self-care measures, see your healthcare provider.
