Catalogued May 10, 1975 by the Viola Busy Beavers 4-H Club under the direction of Mrs. Virginia Mc Cauley.

Located three miles of Viola on Wis. 56. The cemetery lies directly north of the highway near the intersection of Wis. 56 and County Trunk MM. Forest Town Hall stands south of 56, as does thee old frame school. The grounds are in poor condition, The first known burial was in 1864, the last in 1943.
