Since
1976 The Warming Hut has served as DFW's
premier winter and water sports retailer.
Now that tradition continues in
kitesurfing with the Liquid Force Flight
Kites and Picklefork kiteboard. The
Warming Hut is not only a full service
Kite Surf Shop but is sponsoring The D/FW
Kitesurfing School and these rippin
boards will be available for you to use
if you choose to take a kitesurfing
lesson. In addition a free 1 hour follow
up session is available after the lesson
to try them one more time. Our goal is to
get you what you really want and need to
rip, safely and affordably.

Winds, Zing's first effort began in 1990
at THE BEACH EXPRESS on Lake Joe Pool as
a windsurfing school. In 1991 Zing taught
for a local windsurfing school until 1995
and then at the local windsurfing club,
including a record 52 students in one
afternoon. In 1995 he turned
semi-pro and became sponsored by Pro-Tech
sailboards and Windwing Sails. Since 1999
he achieved 3rd place in his class at the
US Open, Tucan, Gulf Coast Classic and
Blow Out regattas to top off his list of
successful competitions in the US and
Caribbean. After being sponsored by
Liquid Force in 2000 he made the switch
to a semi-pro KiteSurfer and has
competed or riden with world class
competitors in Corpus Christi, Hatteras,
Florida and just completed a 2 week
training session at the famous Ka'a or
Kite Point in Maui and on Oahu. Now all
of that teaching and on the water
experience is here for your first
experience in Kitesurfing - enjoy.
