Many Thanks Marsha.
What every family wants is a healthy child!  But when I had my daughter I was shocked that she wasn't healthy or normal like most children are today.  She was born a "Blue Baby", and her entire body was a dark purple, almost black in color.
Her Story...
A specialist called an "Cardiologist", also known as a heart specialist was called in to check my baby out.  Many tests were taken to find out what her problem or problems were.
In the doctors office I was shown a perfect heart, and then he explained to me the kind of heart my daughter had.  My daughter was born with two holes in her heart, and only three quarters of  her heart was working and she was born with a backwards heart.

The Cardiologist told me that she was getting too much oxygen to her lungs because of the two holes in her heart.  He also said that her pulmonary artery had expanded to the point of almost rupturing.
This met that she was going to have surgery to prevent this from happening, and  the surgery would also lower the amount of blood flow to her lungs.  The surgery was done when she was 6 months old.
The Cardiologist put a Teflon band over the holes and he rerouted the arteries in her heart.  The procedure had to be done again at the age of 2.
It was dangerous at this age, for many other children that had this surgery had died from it.
She had to go through therapy classes to teach her  how to crawl, walk, talk, and eat.  This was done through her early childhood years.
My daughter was very sick as a child  so all the physical therapy had to be done at home.

As she got older, the doctors had noticed that she had a serious problem that was diagnosed as"
Scoliosis", a curvature of the spine.
After an accident her "Scoliosis" had progressed at such a rapid pace that she had to have an almost immediate operation.
During her school years it took her longer to study and do homework more than any other normal child, this was due to the lack of oxygen to her brain.
But she was determined to succeed, and this  she did!  She had a 3.9 grade average through the 12th grade.  She graduated with many high honors, and she was  the Valedictorian of her Senior Class.
She worked very hard and deserved every honor that was awarded to her.
Jeanna was a wonderful daughter, and we were all very proud of her and all that she had accomplished in her short  life time.

One thing that she had going for her was she was a Christian, and she loved and trusted in the Lord.  The Lord was first in her life, and He never left her, and she was faithful to Him.  She was ready to go home to be with the Lord, and I can truthfully say that she is in a much better place, and she
is a perfect child now.  The Lord walked by her side where ever she went and now she is up in Heaven walking beside the Lord.  She is safe in the arms of our Lord.  Without the Lord she wouldn't have been able to do all that she had done, or accomplished all that she did.  The Lord guided her all the way, and  He never failed her.  "God  Can Do Anything"!

Miss Me~ But Let Me Go

When  I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom filled room
Why cry for a soul set free.

Miss me a little~but not too long
And not with your head bowed low!
Remember the love that we once shared
Miss me but let me go!

For this is the journey we all must take
And each must go alone!
It's all a part of the Master's plan
A step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick at heart
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds
                 Miss me~but let me go!
