This meal is 2 part; sauce and soup. The soup can be served the day after with the sauce, if desired. Both can be combined in many fashions I would suggest a combination of potato and carbohydrates and/or mushrooms (I am planning a camping trip and keeping this idea in mind)
Ingrediants:
2 red peppers, 1/2+ cup sweet yellow onion, 1+ small clove peeled garlic
1 Tbsp cooking oil of choice (I used safflower oil), 1 Tbsp butter *if butter omitted
1 lb. baked or steamed salmon fillet
Topping: 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, Bernstein's Creamy Ceasar Salad Dressing [ccsd]
Knorr**see note at bottom of page Leek recipe mix *has monosodium glutamate and autolyzed yeast extract
pasta or rice, baked or steamed potato 1 lb. mushrooms or other fungus
*Flavour can by fine tuned with choice of seasonings. These are seperate suggestions which would each be quite different from each other: red hot pepper ; cilantro ; paprika or curry.
