Fathers Rights - National Fathers Alliance is an organization dedicated to achieving fairness, honesty, and integrity in the very sensitive area of family law and parental rights. FRNFA, has joined forces with many National and Local Fathers\NCP organizations in filing multiple federal class action lawsuits on behalf of an estimated 25 million non-custodial parents. {FOR NATIONAL CLASS ACTION INFORMATION, JUST CLICK ON THE TEXT OF THIS PAGE.} Our efforts through the legal process are demanding that rights to equal custody of their children be restored to fathers and NCP's by the federal courts.
Our goal is to seek equal restoration of fathers rights in the family court systems across the USA, as well as facilitate a dialog where fathers can begin to understand/work through the legislative process, and begin to bring some parity and fairness to the child custody\support process in the State of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and throughout the country.
Many biased and disparate Family Court practices are destroying the fabric of life that bonds a father to his children, and it is time for social change regarding these issues.
We're more than a dollar sign, we're fathers, and we make up 50% of what our children are made of. If these destructive tactics of scorned women and arrogant courts continue, many children will never fulfill the promise of their full identity, as 50% of what makes them will continue to be missing, all ordered by the courts.
