9/3 I decided to add Racial Special technics and i will create a link to them from the roster. Each time someone creates a race i will post the specials on that page so if someone wants to be it they already know the specials. Plus you still get the two specials for your character. 4 specials total!!!. I also decided to increase power level winnings. I want to make it easier to get higher.
