Jim's Watercolor Page

Hi.  I began working with paint and brushes a couple years ago.  I'd always wanted to "do art", but never felt I would be able to do anything that anyone would ever want to look at.  Then I started messing with a basic old set of watercolors and enjoyed the effects I could create.  I enjoyed watching the paint flow on the paper, creating neat shadings and shapes.
I've learned a lot in the past couple years, mostly regarding what I'm not quite ready to accomplish yet, but I think I'm making some progress. Anyway, I feel art is for sharing, so here are some of my things.  I also have recently have begun working with acrylics and really like the bolder colors available there.  So, one page has a few things to look at there.  I also have been working recently with pastels. They're messy but fun and I like the effect. I hope you find something interesting here.
Take care.
Jim
