I created this website for two reasons, my first reason is to create my own website that offers both a clean and professional look, my second reason is to create my own website on one of the greatest games of history ...Chess, it is truly a game of Kings and a great way to exercise your brain.
This website will be changed or updated as I learn more about web design and find more chess material that I think would be beneficial to the chess player, so stop back sometime.
...Whats New
5-24-2008 - Added more games to My Games.
4-27-2008 - I updated my games to include all games won or lost up to this point from chess.com. Today I have reached 1610 ELO, this is the highest I have ever reached.
3-29-2008 - Today I added a Daily Tactics page. I have also updated the mychess chess code to version 2.2. I did notice the other day that one of the Great Games got corrupted so I recreated that database so all games should be working properly.
3-22-2008 - I switched playing chess from chesshere.com to chess.com and have listed my first three chess victories, I would have listed my only lost game but I didn't realize that the server only keeps completed games for 30 days unless you upgrade your account which I'll probably end up doing; their website is really nice. Also I changed my chess name from Canis Minor to ttiot, short for "the truth is out there", taken from the TV show the X-Files
2-04-2008 - Added a new game to the great games page, an awesome match between Moritz Porges and Emanuel Lasker.
6-11-2007 - Designed a new logo for the website.
6-03-2007 - Add a link to the website e3e5.com and added another great game by Tarrasch.
4-26-2007 - Added a few more to "My Games" games.
2-17-2007 - Updated "My Games" games to include every game I have played on Chesshere.com except for timeout games.
5-18-2006 - Updated "My Games" games.
4-17-2006 - Added several new chess links.
3-01-2006 - I added a mini-review of the book "The Art of the Checkmate" to the book reviews and added a mini-review of Chessmaster 10th Edition.
2-27-2006 - I've added another game to the "Great Games" collection, the "Evergreen" game between Adolf Anderssen and Jean Dufresne.
2-25-2006 - I've added a couple interesting games, one starring Albert Einstein and another Napoleon Bonaparte ...I hope you know who these two gents were.
