WELCOME

The HoloArchives is a free Statistic Archive for players and gamemasters of the Star Wars d20 Role Playing Game by Wizards of the Coast. If you'd like to expand your own Star Wars universe, if you need a quick plot device or if you just want a cool air speeder, HoloArchives is an easy-to-use and comprehensive reference. Our goal is to share information, NOT to show off what we've been doing in our games.

Therefore, this is NOT an exclusive-content website. We encourage you to submit your own ideas to be shared with others. If you would like your ideas to get some recognition, click "Submit" above. Be sure to provide us with as much information as possible (type of entry, name, stats, your name and, if you have them, a story behind the item and/or a picture) because we don't want to fill in your blanks. Your entry, if we think it plays well (not necessarily whether we like it or not), will be up in two to three days. We'll credit your work and share with you any user feedback we receive.

WE'RE JUST GETTING STARTED

The dan node d20 HoloArchives are only two weeks old so please be patient. But don't think you'll have to wait for long. We'll be updating on a daily basis, as of 14 August. Check the "NEWS" often and, be assured, our entire stat collection will be posted around Labor Day. Here is a pessimistic schedule for uploads. (Oh, as for illustrations, that's a little slower in coming but well worth the wait.)

14 AUG: Droids, Skills, Aliens (D'Garans, Torans), Planets (D'Gar, Toranti Yve 6).
22 AUG: Creatures, Starships, Aliens (Stemmans), Planets (Emul Stemma), Prestige Classes (the Gumshoe).
29 AUG: Equipment, Feats, Aliens (Murines), Planets (KROW-10, Maltooine), Prestige Classes (the Terrorist).
5 SEPT: The Force, Vehicles, Planets (Seegh), Prestige Classes (the Jedi Luminary), the Cybernetics Handbook.
12 SEPT: The GM Conservatory, the Schematics Laboratory, Planets (Pilate), Prestige Classes (the Sen Order), the Datapad Handbook.
This Fall: The Secrets of Empress Teta Sourcebook.

Thanks for your patience.

NEWS

16 AUG 2002: Lots of news in the galaxy. Of course, there is GenCon and Wizards of the Coast is promising a lot for 2003. On top of the Power of the Jedi and equipment manual (the official site has some cool pics of blasters and walkers taken from the manual), 2003 brings Coruscant and the Core Worlds (promising looks at Kuat and Corellia), the Ultimate Alien Anthology, a heroes book, a gamemaster book and a book of baddies (with "sith witches and colossal droids"). They are busy! Check it all out at the official site

PLUS... I'm updating things fast! Keep checking in for lots of goodies. Most droids and skills are up. I'm lifting the curtain on the Cannoneer droid and the Jedi Luminary prestige class this week (with pics by Neil James). Plus lots more surprises!

14 AUG 2002:Wizards of the Coast gives us a sneak preview of Power of the Jedi with the stats on Kit Fisto's amphibious species, the Nautolans. They also put up a cool piece for you New Jedi Order players: the Super Star Destroyer Lusankya.

8 AUG 2002: Finally, I'm putting some content up. The first round of droids (Third- and Fifth-Degree) have been posted. I also completed "The Galaxy" when Geocities did something very cruel and unexplainable, devouring seven planets. And about twelve solid hours of my life.

5 AUG 2002: SWRPGNetwork is reporting that, according to the WotC catalog, next year will bring a 224-page, hardcover Ultimate Alien Anthology! Myself, I was disappointed by the original Alien Anthology. I read it and thought, "That's every alien race and beast and creature in the Star War galaxy?" Well, WotC really has a great pipeline of products now: Power of the Jedi in a couple of weeks, the Equipment guide, the Coruscant guide (see below) and now this! I can't wait to see what else they have in store... a Clone Wars Sourcebook?

4 AUG 2002: A surprise has appeared over at the Cargo Bay on the Star Wars Official Web Site: a sourcebook called Coruscant and the Core Worlds. In my opinion, this promises to be one of the most exciting expansions to the game. Little information is given about it other than the title, a page count (96) and a confirmed(?) release date of January 2003. Can't wait!

STATS

Note: I never read an Expanded Universe book that I liked so if our stats don't jive with the EU, feel free to toy with them to fit your campaign.

ALIENS:
D'Garans, Stemmans and Torans, Oh My!

CREATURES:
Battle the two-headed, 70m-tall Savorak!

DROIDS:
From Cannoneers to Dishwashing Droids, we've got them all.

EQUIPMENT:
Flareballs, Holoscopes, RepulsorBoards and an exhaustive guide to Simple Weapons.

FEATS:
Arrogance, Cunning, Iron Stomach, Trigger Happy and more.

THE FORCE:
Even with the Power of the Jedi book out now, we can't get enough. Find here: Light and Dark Side sites, spirits, temples, history, era notes, a more detailed treatment of lightsaber construction and more. Can you tell I play a Jedi Guardian?

THE GALAXY:
There's plenty of nasty places to get stuck in the galaxy. Here are two of the many you should expect:
D'Gar: this spoilt, toxic planet also happens to be responsible for 15% of the Republic's industrial output and is home to a race of desperate (and dangerous) near-humans. After the Battle of Geonosis, D'Gar passed the Act of Secession, swinging the remainder of the galaxy's industrial output behind the Techno Union and their Seperatist allies.
KROW-10: Far enough from any hyperspace lanes and almost at the edge of the galaxy, KROW-10 receives 40% of the Republic's maximum-security prisoners. During the Empire, it was "an example for dissenters," home to the Emperor's fantastic execution and torture facilities.

GM CONSERVATORY:
Gamemasters! We'll have a dice-roller for your online campaigns, electronic game sheets, tips, tactics and lots more.

PRESTIGE CLASSES:
Are you a Jedi Luminary and don't know it yet? How about a Gumshoe or Terrorist? And the dan node is the proud birth place of the Sen Order!

SCHEMATICS LABORATORY
Why do D&D folks get new maps all the time but the Star Wars realm is still such a tough place to get around? Problem solved: whether they be from the movies or from my head, maps of palaces, capital ships or underground Rebellion hideaways, detailed, printable maps with grids.

SKILLS:
These are what make your characters all the abler.

STARSHIPS:
Republic Prisoner Escorts, awesome starfighters, Han "the Kid" Solo's first ship, Thirty-to-One and more.

VEHICLES:
Bothan Recon Walkers and DataSpeeders, Core World Security Units and the infamous, Wookie-slaying Doshan Gunner.
Windbarons: the transportation of choice on the outer-rim planet of Seegh. The flesh-tearing sandstorms of Seegh create enough charge to keep a 60m barge afloat. The WindBaron, a whole new class of vehicles.

Alternatives exist out there but you should definitely try these rules out.
