Dan&eggs was started by Daniel Foucachon in September of 1999. It started with only eight hens. It is located in Limonest, France; a town just outside of Lyon, the second largest city in France.
Its goal is to provide people with quality eggs. It will deliver* eggs to any home or place near the center of Limonest.
Eggs come in cartons. Each carton of eggs has a dating system, with the approximate date on which the eggs were layed. It is up to the consumer to decide when the eggs are getting old; there is no expiration date on the eggs. Eggs that have been left in the refrigerater can be kept about one month.
*Vacation, or other unusual events, may interrupt egg delivery and avalability
Good Quality Eggs
I feed my hens with 100% natural chicken grain. I guarantee that they are hormone free! Their feed consists mostly of corn and wheat. My chickens spend most of the day outside in the beautiful Lyon sunshine.
