For your Myrtle Beach vacation, we cater to folks on a budget, and we know that the $$$ folks
can save on lodging can pay for lots of entertainment and lobster!
Just across the street from the beach, and rates INCLUDE taxes, cleaning fees, and linens, Plus high-speed internet via roadrunner cable-modem.
You will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable, and QUIET stay in these spacious condos
(unlike downtown Myrtle Beach, or anywhere near "the strip". But we are a short drive to downtown).
Amenities are listed below, including outdoor pool, and grilling facilities.

STANDARD RATES (weekly): $50 additional for Holiday weeks.

• ** ALL ** reservations require an additional $100 security deposit, refundable with no damage & key return.
• PAYMENT of Balance -- 1. Personal check 4 weeks PRIOR to arrival.
  2-- Cash (or Money Order) is acceptable upon arrival (Preferred Method).
  3 -- Credit Card -- ONLY via "PayPal", ,PayPal, it's free & easy, click here to check it out
• Refund -- Full refund if canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% refund up to 15 days, no refund if less than 15 days.

• 2-bdrm/2-bath Condo, 900 sq. ft., on 1st floor,(6 steps up).
• 4 beds, master has queen + single, guest is double + single.
• Pool, cable TV + VCR/DVD, washer & dryer, full kitchen, microwave, etc.,
• Building is called "Beachwalk", located at: 1212 S. Ocean Blvd, Surfside Beach, SC (unit #103). Partial ocean view from balcony, and just walk across Ocean Blvd to the beach.
• OUR REQUESTS: Prefer Max 6 persons in any party. You will need calling card or cell phone for Long Distance calls. Respect the property, especially carpet burns, spills, and neighbors (and please smoke outside on the balcony).
• Please book Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Earliest Check-in=2:00pm, Check-out=11:00am.

A personal note: We have many repeat customers who thank us for our honest "advice" about the area.
Briefly, avoid over-crowded, noisy, & pricey high-rises, and the urge to stay near the strip
It's not a relaxing vacation when the elevator stops at every floor and all the pool loungers are taken. North Myrtle Beach also becoming very congested.
Explore the Grand Strand (50 miles long) and less crowded beaches, from North Myrtle to Surfside to Pawleys Island.
Have some fun mingling with the locals at inexpensive restaurants or pubs. We'll show you where to go.
